Fluffy Mallow
INGREDIENTS
- 1 flat scoop Chocolate Abyss 30% (1/2 scoop for 12oz)
- 2 pumps DaVinci Toasted Marshmallow syrup (1 pump for a 12oz drink)
- Ice cubes
- Cold skimmed milk
PREPARATION
- Add the syrup, powder, and milk to the glass
- Use Aerolatte to dissolve & fluff (note that skimmed milk stiffens best)
- Carefully top up with ice cubes
- Garnish with your preferred combination of cream, triple chocolate crispies or mini mallows
