Hasslacher's 100% Cacao

100% Colombian Cacao paired with organic panela sugar to make a luxurious 60% cocoa drink.

INGREDIENTS

  • Hasslacher’s 100% Colombian Cacao
  • Hasslacher’s Organic Panela
  • Hot water
  • Flat milk

PREPARATION

  • Dose 15g (2 blue scoops) cacao drops into a cup and cover with a little hot water
  • Whilst cacao drops are softening steam some flat milk
  • Use a whisk to hold back the cacao drops and discard the water
  • Add 2 heaped teaspoons of panela sugar and a little hot milk
  • Whisk thoroughly, gradually incorporating the remaining milk
