The caramelised biscuit has been around since 1932. Still baked using the original recipe, the unique caramelisation process gives the biscuits a subtle taste and cinnamon aroma which combine perfectly with a cup of coffee. Only the finest natural ingredients are used in the Lotus recipe no artificial colours, flavours or hydrogenated fats.
